Van Hire - FAQ
1. Are there any age restrictions for van hire?

1. Van hire is available for drivers between the ages of25-70 who have held a full driving licence for a minimum of 24 months. We may, under certain circumstances and at an additional cost, be able to provide van hire to drivers aged 21-24. Please enquire for details.
2. Additional drivers are £10 per person, per day subject to meeting our terms of hire. Please note that insurance is provided for named drivers only.
3. The hirer is responsible for up to the first £750 of damage. At present there is no collision damage waiver available.
4. All drivers must provide both the card AND paper part of their driving licence. We also require two forms of current address ID such as a bank statement and utility bill.
5. In most cases where you have no more than two speeding or technical offences, we are able to insure you.
6. Each vehicle has a mileage allowance of 300 miles per day. Any additional miles used will incur a 10p per mile surcharge.
7. Yes, by arrangement and at an additional charge you are able to take the vehicle to countries within the EU. Our standard terms and conditions differ for hire vehicles taken outside of the UK, please enquire for further details.
