When do I need to pay a deposit?

In order to secure a vehicle, we require a deposit of £500. Balance payments are not due until the van is ready, our sales team will keep you up to date.

Do you have video tours on the website?

Yes we try and create a video tour for each vehicle. We aim to make this as honest an appraisal as possible and highlight any issues.

Do you offer nationwide delivery?

We can deliver your vehicle nationwide for a small delivery charge. One of our drivers will bring the vehicle to you. Delivery Page

How much does delivery cost?

Do you offer finance?

Finance is available through our credit brokers. Our sales team can help you with the arrangements. Finance

Can I part exchange my van?

Yes we are happy take your vehicle as part exchange subject to inspection and vehicle type, age and condition.

Do you buy vehicles?

Is it possible to view or test drive your vans?

Yes you can visit us during opening hours to view and test drive any vehicle. However it is best to contact us to ensure we have the vehicle ready for you.

What happens if I’m not happy with my vehicle?

If for any reason you are not happy with a vehicle purchased from us, please let us know. We are here to work with you and customer satisfaction is really important to us, and we always do our best for our customers.

Can I appeal the outcome from a vehicle related complaint?
