This one, a Citroen Relay, was bought by phone having viewed the vehicle on the internet. Description was 100% accurate. Recently purchased a Mercedes Vito Dualiner from Poulton Vans and I would highly recommend them. Friendly, helpful people providing a first class service.

Just would like to say how amazing this company was with me and my wife and two foster children one of which has autism ,also he is crazy about vans and buses .it was his birthday and all he wanted to do was look at as many vans and buses as he could .not only did they let us walk round to view the vans they opened vans up for him and they even started one up so he could see everything light up.just to top things off they took my wife and other foster child to the office and gave out two bags of sweets for the boys .not sure if the two gentlemen were the owners but if not this happened on sat afternoon around one ish so if they are employee’s a pat on the bk is needed as these are a huge asset to the company.

Our business needed a Welfare Van very quickly for an urgent job that we had. Carl couldn’t have been more helpful talking me through all the options and giving me all the information I needed, as we were at opposite ends of the country and it just wasn’t feasible for me to see the van in person.
Once we had decided on which van to buy, Carl then organised a swift service, mot, tax and delivery. The van was just as described and was delivered on time. It is perfect for our needs – I wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend Poulton Vans to anybody -they were brilliant

This was an experience I won’t forget in a hurry. Right from the beginning of the phone call to Carl I was at ease from what I thought was going to be difficult as I had no time to go trapesing about the countryside looking at vans I needed to work! The attention to detail was impeccable, from the description phone call to the final purchase I couldn’t of been more pleased, but when the van arrived having not seen it apart from photos, I was blown away by the quality, everything was as it was described to me. After 35 years of buying vehicles old and new, I have never felt more at ease with no pressure to buy especially buying it unseen but the process was easy and totally transparent. i have recently bought a van from poulton van and car sales after looking on the web site i see a van that i really liked, i contacted them and spoke to carl who was very helpfull he did a walk around video for me and told me if i had it delivered and i wasnt happpy at all with it just return it for a full refund and to be honest i thought this was to good to be true as i hadnt even seen the van anyway i decided to go ahead with the deal carl sorted the delivery and when it arrived it was as good as he said so im pleased i decided to trust carl with what he told me this company is very honest and i will be returning when i need to replace my van thanks again to poulton vans.

Great service from Carl and the crew. I purchased a wheelchair accessible vehicle, I am S0 pleased with it and the service from Poultons. I purchased the vehicle over the phone as I could not get to view the vehicle in person. The vehicle did not have a tow bar or cruise control, both were fitted for me before collection. I wholeheartedly recommend the company to everyone. The Yard was spotless, they even picked me up from the train station.

I paid the deposit without seeing the van I got the train from London, and was picked up on arrival, the whole transaction was so easy, the van exactly as discribed, by Carl and in the pictures. i have bought twice off these people, first van was a belter, second one i bought had a few issues but Poulton vans sorted it and all is good.
i would buy off them again, one thing that did strike me was the fact that the vans are well presented and as described and low mileage .

Bought a Fiat from Poulton Vans nearly two years ago. Realised recently for the first time that the spare key I’d been given didn’t actually go with my van. After a quick phone call they offered to pay for me to get a replacement spare key, which was sorted out completely painlessly. All in all great service at each step in the process.
